We would like to pass on our appreciation and congratulations to you and all the people who worked on our house boat “Stealth” which was delivered on Thursday 2 August 2018. We are thrilled with the result which exceeded all of our expectations. We have only praise and admiration for the level of communication during the process, the workmanship, and the attention to detail shown by all. Special mention for the staff we dealt directly with, namely, Andy and Glen who demonstrated they are knowledgeable, open, approachable, and looked for creative solutions to any questions we asked. We have had a first rate experience with Anchorage, and you have gained a customer for life. The hamper was the icing on the cake and much appreciated. Keep up the exceptional service and workmanship!
All the best,
Ian and Sue Bremner
The Anchorage Team are a friendly, helpful and committed group. Rex and I toured the Anchorage sheds and were shown the process our boat would follow to repair the storm damage. Quotes were prepared and work began promptly. Repairs were quoted and explained well. Proposed works were communicated well. Andrew and Phil explained and worked on our boat, and updates were given each week/fortnight. Care was taken to un-attach and then attach Targa third level of “Revelation” to go under the power lines on Sugarloaf Road to Anchorage factory. Anchorage also have a good working relationship with other sub-contractors, such as Tony Keddell, and Lake Eildon Marina, who trucked our boat in and out of the water, and into the Lake Eildon Marina bays for final attachment of the new Targa. Payments were spaced out so that instalments were given time to be paid. If we were unsure of any processes, or timing of these, Melanie and Jacinta, in the office, were able to readily explain, or refer us on to Andrew or Phil for verification. Both Phil and Andrew were there to watch the boat and oversee it going back in the water. When our boat was put back in the water, a generous hamper was waiting on board for us to enjoy. This was particularly welcome, because supplies were depleted on our first boarding the boat on the water, and we greatly appreciated a glass of bubbly to celebrate our return to cruising the Lake! Our thanks go to Anchorage for a positive and trustworthy building experience.

We purchased our houseboat “Liquid Gold” through Anchorage Houseboats approximately 6 years ago. Since then I have had Anchorage Houseboats do a major renovation and ongoing maintenance or repair work when required. I have never had a problem regarding punctuality and quality of work from Anchorage. I would recommend Phil, Glen and the team at Anchorage Houseboats without question.

Building our new houseboat, Titanium, with Anchorage Houseboats was a great success. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly, including being launched on time. Phil and his team were professional and easy to get along with. Any hiccups were discussed and sorted without problem, they were inventive and eager to please. The finish on our houseboat is exceptional and there have been no ongoing problems. We love our new boat and highly recommend Anchorage Houseboats.

We can say that they accomplished a wonderful finished product and we are most satisfied
We recently purchased 120W Powertech portable solar panels for our caravan from Anchorage Houseboats. We would like to commend Glen and the team at Anchorage Electrical Services for their outstanding service, professionalism and knowledge in completing the job in a timely manner. The 120W Portable Solar Charging Kit was installed correctly without any fuss, the caravan battery was checked and we feel confident that this new generation portable system will prove ideal when camping where power is short. We also had additional 12v power sockets installed inside and outside the caravan, some extra LED lighting and renewed the wiring from the 4WD to the van. No issue was too difficult to solve. We sought advice and explained any current issue we were experiencing. Suggestions and great ideas were forthcoming and undertaken without any hesitation. We were extremely happy with the finished job. Many thanks.

Thanks so much for all your help with the sale of escape. You’re
professionalism and friendly service makes the process seamless. Have a
happy new year Cheers Glenn
Hi Phil. You and your crew have done a BRILLIANT job!! Well done! I can see a real sense of pride in what you have achieved, and you should be proud. The quality is great and the way you have handled the build and the various challenges has been great all the way through the build (although my far fetched glass wall did slow you down for a bit… but then you rose to the challenge). For instance I was really impressed with your approach with the ski boat draw bar, that you just said, “alright its not right, lets move it.” To take that on like that is really great. Similarly the deck hatch lids. Your attitude is excellent. It is noticed and appreciated, and such a “can do” attitude is why I decided to go with you, and I am glad that I did. It will take you places. Well done and thanks. Rob.
